Allpixel and artnet

We're having a typical last minute hardware emergency (on someone else's project rather than mine) and trying to work out what solutions we can get to with the spare hardware we have on hand.

Is it possible to run artnet through an allpixel and raspberry pi?

I've searched but can't find anyone talking about it already.

You would have to take the artnet output and then translate it to bibliopixel. Basically just take the artnet data and then loop through and call the bibliopixel set() function with each pixel. We’ve never really got enough request for direct artnet support so it’s never been added. I would like to… But honestly done know much about artnet.

Figured that was the case. Sounds like a longer solution than a round trip back to base. Hi ho

Thanks Adam
